JOHN SWEENEY

John, a founding Director of First Glass has been involved with the Glass industry since the Mid-1970's. As our senior sales executive, he is generally in demand, also doubling up as our customers Agony Aunt, endeavouring daily to solve issues. A keen Man U supporter and fond of a game of golf his weekends are sport driven.

IAN MACWILIAM

Ian, a founding Director of First Glass has been involved with the Glass industry since the Mid-1980's. His brief includes liasing with our suppliers to keeping us up to date with the glass trade as it evolves. He also has a keen interest in motor-sport, and can often be found competing around the Wicklow mountains in his trials car.

LOUIS MASSEY

Louis or "Louis the Lip" as he can be known, is sales director. Co-ordinating orders and despatches he attempts to keep all of our customers happy. Starting as a teen in the Glass industry in the 1970's, he has vast experience in all aspects of the trade. Privately he likes to sing, and is an enthusiastic guitarist.

DAMIEN MURRAY

Damien has twenty years experience in the glass industry. He has worked in many aspects from production to scheduling, sales to specifications. Working with our customers to assist them in their own requirements.

ANN-MARIE KAVANAGH

CAROLINE PURCELL

Caroline has focused her attention to our Double-glazing division. Caroline joined us in 2004 with a previous glass background, and has been involved with all products of the company. Caroline has a love of horses often partaking in shows.

LISA O'BRIEN

Lisa joined us in 2011, but began her career in the glass trade for a number of years before venturing off to the world of Financial Services. She has returned back into the glass trade, where she claims her heart lies. For some reason she too prides herself as a Manchester United fan.

ROISIN O'CONNELL

Roisin joined First Glass in 2002 from a background in stock-control. Roisin looks after our books and credit control, but often liases with customers often avail of her expertise. Roisin balances all this with looking after her young son, and Enjoys reading and travelling in her spare time.
