FIRE GLASS
BUILDING REGULATION HAS, RIGHTLY, INCLUDED THE NECESSITY OF RE BREAKS IN BUILDING. THESE REGULATIONS HAVE IN RECENT YEARS INCREASED IN THEIR ATTENTION
Many of these breaks are in positions where visibility is required, resulting in a growth of re protective glasses in various categories.
First Glass forged an excellent relationship with CGI international, manufacturers and providers of Pyroguard products making us a primary agent for their products.
We have installed our own multi-ply laminate cutting
and routing facilities enabling us to take care of all
orders on-site in Dublin. This provides an expedient
service to our customers for what has been a product
requiring generous lead-times.
PYROGUARD EW
Pyroguard EW30 is manufactured in two primary
thicknesses; 7 and 11mm maxi to provide 30 minute
and Pyroguard EW60 11mm provideds 60 minute re protection.
PYROGUARD EI
Pyroguard EI is manufactured in 4 thicknesses to
provide both Fire and Heat protection.
> 15mm for 30 minute internal (non UV tolerant)
> 19mm for 30 minute external
> 23mm for 60 minute internal (non UV tolerant)
> 27mm for 60 minute external
(On all fire products, always refer to product specifications for glazing and certified size permits).
PYROSTEM
Pyrostem or Georgian Wired Polished, as it was commonly known, is also Fire tested and certified.
